We want you to be satisfied with HireScope AI. This Refund Policy outlines our approach to refunds for paid subscription plans.
1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All new paid subscriptions come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund — no questions asked.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscriptions beyond the 7-day guarantee period, we do not offer partial refunds for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
3. Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions, we offer pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of your subscription after the 7-day guarantee period. The refund amount is calculated based on the number of full months remaining in your annual subscription at the monthly rate.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email support@hire-scope.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include the email address associated with your account
- Briefly describe the reason for your refund request (optional but appreciated)
5. Processing Time
Refund requests are typically reviewed within 2 business days. Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will appear on your original payment method.
6. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds may not be granted in the following cases:
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
- Requests made more than 30 days after the charge in question
- Repeated refund requests (e.g., subscribing and requesting refunds multiple times)
7. Plan Downgrades
If you downgrade from a higher plan to a lower plan, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refund is issued for the remaining days on the higher plan.
